This Privacy Policy describes how Heather Masters ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when using this website, joining my email list, or booking a session. I am committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

  1. Information I Collect

• Payment information, processed securely through Payhip and its payment partners (Stripe and PayPal). I do not see or store your credit card details. These are handled entirely by encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment systems.

• Website usage data collected automatically through my website host (such as pages visited, device type, and general location), used only to improve the website

• Email engagement data, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, collected through my email service provider and used only to understand what content is helpful

  1. How I Use Your Information

I use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

• To deliver your session results by written report, and by audio recording where included in what you booked

• To communicate with you regarding your session

• To schedule and hold live sessions where booked

• To process your payment

• To send you emails you have consented to receive, such as a requested free guide and occasional updates

  1. Confidentiality of Session Information

All information shared in your intake form and during your session is held in strict confidence. I treat your personal and spiritual disclosures with deep respect and care. Your session details are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

  1. Email and Your CASL Rights

If you join my email list, you do so through a confirmed opt-in, meaning you actively confirm your subscription before receiving anything. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email I send, or by emailing me directly. Every commercial email I send includes my identity and a valid postal address, as required under CASL.

  1. How I Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is handled through the trusted services I use to run my practice, each of which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Audio recordings, where included in your session, are stored securely and shared only with you.
