Meet Heather
The Quiet of the Barn
My path hasn’t been a straight line. It began in the stillness of rural Southwestern Ontario, surrounded by horses, Shetland ponies, and the honest presence of animals. In those barns, I learned a language beyond words, a language of energy, emotion, and the quiet wisdom that exists just beneath the surface of our daily lives.
I spent decades observing how people and animals work. I noticed the unspoken needs and the energetic threads that connect us all. What started as childhood curiosity eventually became a calling.
Lived Wisdom, Not Just Theory
I have lived this life with a soul that has seen the depth of the human experience. I don’t just teach healing; I’ve lived it. I’ve navigated the messy, beautiful layers of raising three children and walked alongside hundreds of clients through their toughest moments—grief, illness, identity shifts, and deep emotional storms.
I know what it’s like to feel lost or disconnected. I also know the profound transformation that happens when someone truly holds space for you to release what no longer serves you.
How I Work
My approach is holistic and deeply personal. I believe that mind, body, energy, and spirit are inseparable. I’m kind, I’m fun, and I’m deeply caring, but I am also direct when I need to be. Sometimes, the most compassionate thing I can do is call you back into your own power.
Healing isn’t always gentle. Sometimes it cracks us open before it stitches us back together, but in my experience, that opening is where the light gets in.
Today, I share my life with my two dogs, Koda and Millie, and my two cats, Goonzales and Geena. They remain my greatest reminders to stay grounded in the present moment.
Whether you are seeking clarity for yourself or a voice for your animal companion, I am here to help you find the way back to your natural state of ease.
